Roll Her Sleeves starts by looking at the specific job at your office, store or residence. We will analyze the previous paint job and the current state of the surface and discuss your options. These options vary from how much prep work is required, what level of paint job you want and need, and what kind of paint is best for you. A few days later, you will receive an in-depth estimate about the work we will do: how long it will take, what materials we will need and what paint we will be using including sheen levels...it won’t just be a price in your mailbox.

Colour Consulting

You can book an appointment with our expert who will take a look at your landscape and find the perfect colour for your job. We will also discuss what options would be best for you in terms of primer (latex, alcohol or oil), paint (oil, latex) or stain (opaque, semi-transparent, transparent).

Pre-Preperation

While Roll Her Sleeves does not mind moving larger items, we do ask that our clients move all of their smaller belongings (things like china, lamps, pictures, clothes, small furniture, etc.) before we arrive on the jobsite. We will gladly move dressers, beds, desks and other large items.

Prep Work

The most important part of any paint job is the prep work. We lay down drops sheets, scrape every wall, tear out old caulking, patch twice. Painting is the easy part!

Jobsite

When we arrive at the jobsite, the first thing we do is set up our tools in a safe area

and then lay down protective sheeting to ensure we do not get any paint on unwanted

surfaces.

Our first day consists solely of prep work so we will not be opening any paint cans on

the first day.

At the end of the day, we leave the site exactly as we found it:

clean, neat and tidy.
